Prawdzik Properties Case Study
Role: Marketing Director Duration: 2020 to 2024
Achievement Summary:
At Prawdzik Properties, I built the marketing department from the ground up, developing the company’s first comprehensive marketing strategy and leading a full rebranding effort. This contributed to a 65% increase in website traffic within the first year. I also implemented a CRM system to manage over 1,000 leads and streamlined processes to improve lead tracking. On the creative side, I grew the company’s social media presence to over 12,000 followers and generating $2.5M in revenue from Instagram in 2023. Additionally, I played a key role in launching two websites—Prawdzik Properties and Prawdzik Buys Houses—which attracted 35,000+ visitors annually and generated over 200 property seller leads in 2024.

Increase Prawdzik Properties’s reach by growing the brand’s social media following and leveraged social media as a communication channel to build brand loyalty and expand the company’s reach.
Creative Process and Strategy:
Capture high quality videos and photos of projects to highlight the final designs and quality of the work to potential clients.
Encourage engagement by creating interactive posts like polls, Q&A sessions, and contests to spark conversations and drive participation.
Humanize the brand by sharing the company’s story, highlighted team members, and promoted company updates, awards, and community involvements/donations.
